Artificial intelligence (AI), blockchain, and other tools are currently the most innovative technologies, with their advancements generating significant impacts on various aspects of society, including the judiciary and its legal activities. The objective of this paper is to present the efficiency gains and benefits of using artificial intelligence (AI), blockchain, and other tools, while also highlighting the legal, ethical, and social challenges and concerns that their application can raise in the legal field.
