Nos dias atuais a “inteligência artificial” (IA’s), “Blockchain” e outras ferramentas são as tecnologias mais inovadoras, de modo que seus avanços geram impactos significativos em diversos aspectos da sociedade, inclusive no poder judiciário e em suas atividades jurídicas. O objetivo deste trabalho é apresentar os ganhos de eficiência e benefícios do uso da “inteligência artificial” (IA’s), “Blockchain” e outras ferramentas, também apontando os desafios e preocupações jurídicas, éticas e sociais que sua aplicação pode causar no campo jurídico.
