Objective: To develop educational material on home exercises for patients bedridden due to the sequelae of a cerebrovascular accident (CVA) treated by the Melhor em Casa Program in the Municipality of Milagres, Ceará. Methods: The methodological, descriptive and exploratory research followed the adaptation of Echer's (2005) thesis on health guidance manuals. A bibliographical review was carried out on the topic, followed by the construction of an educational booklet with a scientific basis, illustrated with didactic and explanatory images. The photos were taken with the participation of a volunteer, and the layout followed the guidelines of Hoffmann (2004). Results: An informative booklet was developed, with clear and simple illustrations, which was distributed to healthcare professionals and patients, both in printed and digital format. Final Considerations: The booklet offers an accessible and practical educational tool to improve home rehabilitation for post-stroke patients, focusing on caregiver autonomy and continuity of treatment.
