ELABORAÇÃO DE UM MATERIAL EDUCATIVO SOBRE EXERCÍCIOS DOMICILIARES PARA PACIENTES COM ACIDENTE VASCULAR CEREBRAL

Resumen

Objetivo: Desenvolver um material educativo sobre exercícios domiciliares para pacientes acamados por sequelas de Acidente Vascular Cerebral (AVC) atendidos pelo Programa Melhor em Casa no Município de Milagres, Ceará. Métodos: A pesquisa metodológica, descritiva e exploratória seguiu a adaptação da tese de Echer (2005) sobre manuais de orientação em saúde. Foi realizada uma revisão bibliográfica sobre o tema, seguida pela construção de uma cartilha educativa com base científica, ilustrada com imagens didáticas e explicativas. As fotos foram realizadas com a participação de uma voluntária, e o layout seguiu as orientações de Hoffmann (2004). Resultados: Foi desenvolvida uma cartilha informativa, com ilustrações claras e simples, que foi distribuída aos profissionais de saúde e pacientes, tanto em formato impresso como digital. Considerações Finais: A cartilha oferece uma ferramenta educacional acessível e prática para melhorar a reabilitação domiciliar de pacientes pós-AVC, com foco na autonomia dos cuidadores e na continuidade do tratamento.
