ESTRATÉGIAS PARA O CONTROLE DE DOENÇAS DE CHAGAS, LEISHMANIOSE E ESQUISTOSSOMOSE NO BRASIL DE 2010 A 2020

O texto a ser descorrido se trata de uma comparação entre três doenças endêmicas tropicais brasileiras entre um período de 2010 a 2020: a doença de Chagas, leishimaniose e esquistossose. Após essa comparação, o objetivo principal é criar um plano de ação onde seja capaz a diminuição dos casos e tratamentos para a doença e prevenção das mesmas. Existem vários aspectos semelhantes entre as três, como a contaminação que é por meio de um agente infeccioso parasitário, podem causar a morte de milhares de pessoas por ano (especialmente pessoas de baixa renda, onde as condições de higiene são precarias), são associadas a outros organismos vivos (vetores) que eventualmente endemic diseases between 2010 and 2020: Chagas disease, leishmaniasis and transmitem o agente patogênico ao ser humano, entre outras semelhanças. Devido ao grande número de pessoas contaminadas a OMS (Organização Mundial da Saúde), criou estratégias e tratamentos para essas doenças e outras também endêmicas. Podemos citar por exemplo, a criação de terapias combinadas de antiparazitários, antibióticos e no caso da leishimaniose o uso de repelente de insetos tem ajudado, a vacinação que está em estudo e desenvolvimento e a prevenção por meio da melhoria de higiene.
