Resumen

Esta investigación realiza un análisis crítico de los argumentos a favor de las políticas de cuotas, con el objetivo de comprender su necesidad y evaluar su eficacia en la promoción de la igualdad de oportunidades y la reducción de las disparidades sociales. Para alcanzar este objetivo, se ha llevado a cabo una revisión bibliográfica sistemática que abarca estudios académicos, artículos científicos y documentos oficiales sobre el tema. La recogida de datos consistió en el análisis de informes gubernamentales y encuestas de opinión realizadas en las redes sociales entre académicos. Los datos se sometieron a un análisis cualitativo que puso de relieve las pautas y tendencias pertinentes. Los resultados indican que las políticas de cuotas desempeñan un papel clave en la promoción de la equidad y la diversidad, aunque se enfrentan a retos en su aplicación. Se concluye que un análisis favorable de las políticas de cuotas es fundamental para abordar las desigualdades históricas y promover una sociedad más inclusiva y justa.
