QUALIDADE DO ENSINO A DISTANCIA E ADEQUAÇÃO DO CORPO DOCENTE DE UMA INSTITUIÇÃO DE ENSINO SUPERIOR DO LESTE MINEIRO.

Este artigo tem por objetivo avaliar se a mudança do processo de ensino de presencial para EAD em plataforma utilizada por uma faculdade do leste mineiro no período da pandemia do covid 19, tem atendido as necessidades e expectativas dos estudantes da instituição, levando em consideração aspectos como a interação social e a adequação do corpo docente as mudanças. A pesquisa foi realizada com todo corpo discente da faculdade através de um questionário estruturado on-line e os resultados demonstram que os discentes não se sentiram prejudicados em estudar remoto, entretanto relatam a dificuldade de adequação dos docentes ao novo processo, bem como dificuldades também nas interações sociais entre pares.
