O presente artigo aborda sobre a responsabilidade civil e sua função social nos contratos de seguro. Dessa forma, entende-se que, o contrato se trata de um negócio jurídico capaz de envolver duas ou mais pessoas, onde é transferido a elasdireitos e obrigações. Ademais, é presente nos contratos diversas modalidades, espécies e formas de se efetivarem, entre elas: Contrato de seguro. Por ora, este se trata de uma das espécies de contratos, onde o segurador se obriga junto ao segurado a cobrir determinados acontecimentos provenientes de fato determinado,futuro e incerto.
