A DIFICULDADE NO RETORNO À SOCIEDADE

A pesquisa trata de reintegração social e estigmatização do condenado. Analisa as dificuldades de ressocialização no sistema prisional a partir da oferta das assistências legais. Por meio de levantamento bibliográfico e percepção de egressos do sistema prisional, conceitua os institutos relacionados e contextualiza o sistema prisional. Demonstra que as assistências legais estão diretamente relacionadas aos bons resultados na reintegração social. Avalia, por meio da percepção dos egressos, que a situação fática difere em muito da legal. Conclui que há problemas no cárcere a serem resolvidos quanto às assistências legais e que devem ser resolvidos para que a reintegração social seja efetiva.
