SUSTENTABILIDADE AMBIENTAL NAS COMPRAS PÚBLICAS
O CASO DO TRIBUNAL DE JUSTIÇA DE RONDÔNIA – TJ/RO

Sustainable public procurement is a fundamental instrument for developing strategies that benefit ecosystems. From this perspective, the research aims to analyze the result of sustainability practices outlined in the “Sustainable Logistics Plan” of the Court of Justice of the State of Rondônia - TJ/RO. Exploratory, descriptive, bibliographical and documentary research was carried out, using secondary data obtained from the official website of the Court of Justice of Rondônia, with the main guiding documents being: Socio-environmental Performance Report (2021 to 2023); Sustainable Logistics Plan (2021 to 2023); Resolution 201 (CNJ), Resolution 33 and 287 (TJ/RO), Act 782/2023 (TJ/RO). The results demonstrate that the “Sustainable Logistics Plan” is the central document guiding the sustainability practices practiced by TJ/RO, with indicators and goals consistent with the SDGs, however, regarding the vehicle and fuel goals, it has not yet managed to successfully overcome the challenges, but has been advancing continuously.
