A INCLUSÃO SOCIAL E PROFISSIONAL DE PESSOAS COM DEFICIÊNCIA AUDITIVA NAS EMPRESAS DE LINHARES-ES

This article has the general objective of analyzing the social and professional inclusion of workers with hearing impairment in companies in the city of Linhares-ES. To achieve this objective, the study used an opinion research methodology, with the participation of 10 interviewees, who are people with hearing impairment and are inserted in the local job market. The work addresses issues related to the social and professional inclusion of workers in Linhares companies, seeking to understand how the inclusion process occurs and what are the main challenges faced by these professionals in this specific context. It is hoped that the results obtained from this opinion survey will contribute to a better understanding of the subject of inclusion of people with hearing impairment in the labor market in Linhares, allowing for good practices and areas for improvement to promote greater equity and opportunities for all workers, regardless of their hearing abilities.
