Abstract

Concrete is the most used and modifiable material in civil construction, which is why there are several standards related to the design of structures, production, transport and application of this material, such as: NBR 6118, NBR 6122, NBR 12655, NBR 14931, etc. The source standard for this study, ABNT NBR 14931 - Execution of concrete structures – Procedure, deals with the requirements necessary for the execution of concrete structures designed in accordance with NBR 6118 and NBR 6122. The present work makes a study of NBR 14931, highlighting the main requirements presented by the standard for the execution of concrete structures.
