IMPACTOS SOCIAIS E ECONÔMICOS DA REURB NO ESTADO DE MINAS GERAIS COM O ADJUNTO DA LEI 13.465/17

A Regularização Fundiária Urbana (Reurb) é um tema de grande relevância no contexto brasileiro, dada a existência de ocupações informais e irregulares em áreas urbanas. Este trabalho se concentra em analisar a implementação da Reurb em Minas Gerais, tendo como referência a Lei Federal 13.465/2017, que estabeleceu diretrizes para o processo de regularização fundiária no país.
O objetivo principal deste estudo é compreender como a Lei 13.465 influenciou e impactou a regularização fundiária em Minas Gerais, um dos estados brasileiros com desafios significativos nessa área. Para atingir esse objetivo, foram realizadas pesquisas documentais, análises jurídicas e estudos de casos envolvendo municípios mineiros que buscaram adotar a Reurb.
Os resultados obtidos indicam que a Lei 13.465 trouxe importantes avanços no processo de regularização fundiária em Minas Gerais. Ela estabeleceu critérios mais claros e procedimentos mais ágeis para a regularização de ocupações informais, contribuindo para a legalização de milhares de propriedades e, consequentemente, para a promoção da segurança jurídica e o acesso a serviços públicos essenciais por parte dos moradores.
Entretanto, também foram identificadas algumas limitações e desafios na aplicação da Lei 13.465 em Minas Gerais. A complexidade dos procedimentos, a falta de recursos financeiros e técnicos em alguns municípios e a resistência de parte da sociedade civil são fatores que ainda precisam ser superados para uma implementação efetiva da Reurb no estado.
Este estudo contribui para uma compreensão mais aprofundada do processo de regularização fundiária em Minas Gerais sob o escopo da referida lei, destacando a importância da legislação federal na promoção da inclusão social e no ordenamento urbano. A análise das experiências e desafios enfrentados no estado pode servir como referência para outras regiões do Brasil que buscam implementar eficazmente a Reurb e lidar com a questão das ocupações informais em áreas urbanas.
