METODOLOGIAS ÁGEIS: EXPLORANDO O IMPACTO DO SCRUM E DO KANBAN NA QUALIDADE E PRODUTIVIDADE DO SOFTWARE

O artigo explora as metodologias ágeis Scrum e Kanban, destacando como cada uma delas contribui para a produtividade e qualidade no desenvolvimento de software. Em resposta às limitações dos métodos tradicionais, Scrum e Kanban se destacam por priorizar flexibilidade e adaptação contínua. Kanban é um sistema visual que foca no fluxo de trabalho, baseado no movimento de tarefas entre colunas que representam estágios do processo. Originário da indústria automotiva, ele permite identificar gargalos e melhora a eficiência ao limitar o trabalho em andamento. Essa metodologia é bastante utilizada em setores diversos por sua adaptabilidade e simplicidade. Scrum, criado especificamente para projetos de software, organiza o trabalho em sprints e usa papéis e eventos rigorosos, como reuniões diárias e retrospectivas de sprint, que favorecem entregas regulares e de alta qualidade. A estrutura fixa de Scrum oferece um ritmo constante e feedback frequente, mas requer uma equipe com experiência para maximizar seus benefícios. Estudos de caso com empresas ilustram a aplicação prática dessas metodologias, evidenciando ganhos em eficiência e redução de custos. A escolha entre Scrum e Kanban depende das necessidades específicas do projeto e da maturidade ágil da equipe, podendo até ser combinadas para resultados otimizados.
