THE RELEVANCE OF ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOR FOR EFFICIENCY IN SERVICE COMPANIES

Organizational behavior seeks to examine the behaviors and attitudes of employees in the workplace and tries to understand how these behaviors affect performance. By identifying these factors, it is possible to promote a healthy and productive environment. Certainly, aligning expectations and behaviors in the services sector is a challenge that impacts productivity and satisfaction. As a result, this scientific article aims to analyze the importance of organizational behavior in service companies and analyze how it affects productivity, employee motivation and the quality of services offered. The motivation for this study is linked to the growing demand for quality services and the need for companies to change their practices in order to be more competitive. Regarding methodology, it is noted that the study is qualitative research, based on the deductive approach method and supported by a bibliographic review. Finally, it was concluded that there are many problems in creating an organizational culture, such as high workload, low motivation and unprepared leadership. It's also a good idea to encourage open communication, as well as creating a workplace that values and motivates employees.
