PROPOSTA DE ATIVIDADE POR MEIO DA ETNOMATEMATICA
UM ESTUDO SOBRE O AÇAI EM ABAETETUBA

Este artigo tem como objetivo de compreender e tecer reflexões sobre um tema que pode ser articulado com vários saberes na Educação Básica, que é o açaí. Sendo um estudo que envolve a coleta de dados por meio de entrevista e estar pautado na abordagem qualitativa. Diante disso, foi realizado 2 entrevistas na cidade de Abaetetuba com pessoas que convivem diretamente com o açaí. A partir daí propomos 6 atividades matemáticas utilizando o contexto do açaí adquirido na entrevista para o ensino de Aritmética, Geometria, Grandeza, Matriz na Educação Básica, permitindo o professor sai do modelo tradicional de ensino. Utilizamos a Etnomatemática como fundamentação teórica para compreender como a Matemática estar inserida na cultura da produção açaí. Destacamos a importância de articular o conhecimento matemático com outras áreas do saber, como, Biologia, Química, Nutrição, História, Geografia, Sociologia, por meio das dinâmicas que estão entorno do cultivo, produção, manejo e venda do açaí
