A RELAÇÃO ESCOLA-FAMÍLIA COMO ALICERCE PARA O SUCESSO EDUCACIONAL

O artigo analisa a relação entre escola e família como pilar essencial da educação contemporânea e condição determinante para o sucesso escolar e o desenvolvimento integral do sujeito. A investigação, de natureza qualitativa e caráter bibliográfico, fundamenta-se em autores como Freire (2019), Libâneo (2021), Saviani (2020), Paro (2018) e Ariès (2012), que defendem a educação como prática dialógica, cooperativa e humanizadora. O estudo destaca que o diálogo, a escuta sensível e a corresponsabilidade entre educadores e famílias favorecem o protagonismo discente, reduzem a evasão e fortalecem o vínculo comunitário. A análise demonstra que, quando a escola se abre à participação familiar, o aprendizado adquire significado ético e social, promovendo uma pedagogia do cuidado e da presença. Conclui-se que a parceria escola-família é mais do que uma estratégia pedagógica: trata-se de um compromisso ético e político com a democratização da educação e com a formação de sujeitos críticos, autônomos e solidários.
