This article analyzes the effectiveness of the “Mujeres Fuertes” Project, developed by Associação Hermanitos in partnership with the Labor Prosecution Office of the 11th Region (MPT-AM/RR) and, subsequently, with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR). The initiative focuses on the professional training of Venezuelan migrant women in situations of vulnerability, aiming to promote their economic autonomy, income generation, and their social and productive integration into Brazilian society. The study adopts a qualitative approach, grounded in a literature review covering scientific articles, books, and academic theses, as well as in documentary analysis based on the project’s institutional reports. This methodological path enabled the examination of both the theoretical foundations and the practical outcomes of the initiative. The findings indicate that the “Mujeres Fuertes” Project consistently fulfills its originally proposed objectives, contributing to the strengthening of participants’ individual capacities and expanding their opportunities for labor market integration. In addition, the project plays a significant role as a mechanism of social integration, facilitating access to rights and opportunities within a migration context. It is concluded that the project represents a relevant strategy within policies aimed at the economic empowerment of migrant women, demonstrating potential for replication and expansion. Its continuity is essential to address social inequalities and to promote more inclusive and sustainable processes of social development.
