PROCESSOS INTERNOS DE ESTRUTURAÇÃO DE UMA EMPRESA JÚNIOR:
ESTUDO DE CASO DA GROW UP CONSULTORIA JÚNIOR FASAR

As empresas juniores são um espaço para, ainda dentro da Universidade, os estudantes desenvolverem diversas habilidades exigidas no mercado de trabalho. O processo para se estruturar uma empresa júnior é uma tarefa que requer bastante atenção para ser executado de forma eficiente. Este trabalho tem o objetivo de compreender as metodologias e ferramentas necessárias para desenvolver os processos internos de estruturação de uma empresa júnior, através de um estudo de caso da empresa júnior Grow Up Consultoria Júnior FaSaR, e sendo como metodologia de pesquisa do tipo descritiva e explicativa. Com este trabalho observa- se que com as ferramentas adequadas o processo de estruturar uma empresa júnior torna-se fluído e ameniza as falhas e o retrabalho dos membros. Conclui-se então que uma empresa júnior bem estruturada obtém resultados expressivos e desenvolve com maior facilidade seus membros.
