A ATUAÇÃO DO FARMACÊUTICO NA AMA DE ITAGUAÇU PROCESSO DE MEDICAMENTOS EXCEPCIONAIS

O projeto da farmácia cidadã estadual, surgiu da necessidade de ampliar o acesso aos medicamentos excepcionais e de aprimorar a qualidade dos serviços e acompanhamento aos usuários de medicamentos de alto custo do estado do Espírito Santo, pois as condições das farmácias antigas/CREFES eram deficientes, lentas e superlotadas. A importância do farmacêutico como representante da AMA (Agência Municipal De Agendamento) de Itaguaçu na Farmácia Cidadã Estadual, onde é realizado a abertura e manutenção de processos de medicamentos do componente especializado, visto que é primordial portar do conhecimento técnico da área farmacêutica para garantir melhor acesso e orientação, e distinguir as diversas linhas terapêuticas. De acordo com a solicitação médica, os protocolos clínicos, diretrizes terapêuticas e ainda a disponibilidade da RENAME (Relação Nacional de Medicamentos Essenciais), será necessário para a abertura de um processo de solicitação de medicamentos excepcionais, popular “Alto Custo”, vários instrumentos científicos, tais como: laudos médicos, diagnóstico por imagem, exames sanguíneos, seguindo conforme os protocolos da Secretaria Estadual de Saúde (SESA) e do Ministério da Saúde. Este artigo também apresenta o fluxo de atividades executadas pelo farmacêutico e suas responsabilidades, no qual o acompanhamento clínico e promoção a saúde, tornam se necessário nas aberturas e manutenção dos processos, visando o acompanhamento dos processos contribuindo com a evolução do estado físico e psíquico dos usuários.
