APLICAÇÃO DA LEI MARIA DA PENHA COM VIÉS DE VINGANÇA

O objetivo deste presente artigo é de trazer de forma sucinta uma breve análise sobre a Lei 11.340/2006, cuja medidas de proteção contra abusos contra violência doméstica e familiar é de elevada importância. Nesse contexto, buscamos abordar o usufruto de tais medidas de forma caluniosa, baseando-se na Síndrome da mulher de Potifar. Estudo realizado pelos componentes em livros, sites, etc. Analisa-se que a utilização da denunciação caluniosa em se tratando de denúncias que envolvam casos de violência doméstica e familiar possui impacto negativo, visto que esta acarreta reprovação de forma unilateral em desfavor do possível envolvido.
