O USO DA TÉCNICA DE EMPILHAMENTO COM AMBU MANUAL PARA REVERTER ATELECTASIAS

A Atelectasia basicamente e caracterizada pela incapacidade de respirar fundo e profudamente devido ao desconforto após um procedimento cirúrgico, podendo se manifestar em pacientes com complicações de doenças pulmonares em pósoperatório e até mesmo neonatais.O objetivo desse estudo e verificar as melhores técnicas e atuação fisioterapêutica no tratamento respiratório revertendo a atelectasia com o uso de hiperinsuflador manual. Este é um trabalho de revisão literária utilizando as bases de dados das plataformas, PubMed, Google Acadêmico,Revisão de artigos, além de livros. O tratamento respiratório e indicado para todos os pacientes a partir do diagnóstico, não existindo superioridade entre as técnicas respiratórias cabe ao fisioterapeuta analisar e elaborar o melhor protocolo para cada paciente.
