SERÁ QUE SOMOS FORTES? OS DESAFIOS DE EMPREENDEDORAS FEMININAS DA CIDADE DE SÃO JOÃO EVANGELISTA – MG

O presente estudo aborda a questão do empreendedorismo feminino, onde a participação das mulheres no mercado de trabalho e principalmente na gestão de negócios tem aumentado, no entanto, fica evidente que o aumento da participação das mulheres não corresponde a uma diminuição da discriminação e dos preconceitos com o sexo feminino. De acordo com o exposto e o problema envolvendo as dificuldades gerenciais, o presente estudo tem como foco identificar as principais dificuldades relatadas por empreendedoras femininas que atuam no da cidade de São João Evangelista para gerenciar os seus negócios. A pesquisa tem caráter descritivo, onde as entrevistas foram semiestruturadas, que combinam perguntas fechadas e abertas. E para esta pesquisa as entrevistas foram realizadas através da seleção de um indivíduo escolhido porconveniência. E os resultados obtidos demonstram que à abertura dos negócios diz respeito a necessidade de uma fonte de renda que o mercado não oferece, e que a maioria mulheres de São João Evangelista são mais novas e possuem problemas como falta de preparo profissional e ganhar confiança dos clientes.
