USO E REGULAMENTAÇÃO DA CANNABIS
UM DEBATE GLOBAL SOBRE CANNABIS: ASPECTOS MÉDICOS E RECREATIVOS

O uso e a regulamentação da cannabis têm sido um tópico de discussão em muitas partes do mundo. A falta de regulamentação tanto para fins recreativos quanto medicinais gera debates sobre custos jurídicos, interesses da população e a necessidade de regulamentação para medicamentos derivados da cannabis. No Brasil, a situação é complicada, pois a posse de maconha é considerada crime, enquanto substâncias prejudiciais como o cigarro são permitidas. A pesquisa destaca a importância de regulamentar o cultivo, extração e venda de substâncias de qualidade farmacêutica, pois isso pode impulsionar a economia e reduzir os custos de medicamentos relacionados à cannabis. Também destaca os benefícios potenciais da cannabis, tanto medicinais quanto econômicos, e a necessidade de abordar preconceitos culturais e sociais.
