A PROBLEMÁTICA DA APLICAÇÃO DE TERAPIA DE CONSTELAÇÃO FAMILIAR NO ÂMBITO DO JUDICIÁRIO BRASILEIRO

A terapia de constelação familiar ou constelação sistêmica é uma técnica desenvolvida pelo psicoterapeuta alemão Berth Hellinger que vem tomando espaço no poder judiciário brasileiro, notadamente nas varas de família, como método alternativo de solução de conflitos.
Entretanto, tanto o Conselho Federal de Medicina quanto o Conselho Federal de Psicologia já se posicionaram contra o uso de constelações familiares como terapia, classificando tal abordam como pseudociência.
Além disso, profissionais do Direito alertam para o constrangimento das vítimas de abusos físicos e sexuais no âmbito de uma sessão de terapia de constelação familiar, bem como a inaplicabilidade para dirimir os conflitos.
O presente trabalho busca trazer à tona as problemáticas a respeito da aplicação da constelação sistêmica no âmbito do judiciário brasileiro.
