Resumen

Este artigo tem como objetivo elucidar os aspectos da sucessão no contexto de doações imobiliárias, analisando vantagens, desvantagens, tipos e categorizações dessas doações. Na questão da sucessão, é importante reconhecer que nem sempre é possível concretizar todas as intenções, pois as doações devem respeitar certos critérios específicos das suas modalidades ou classificações. Portanto, o artigo visa esclarecer as práticas mais eficazes e conformes com o ordenamento jurídico, assegurando que, após o falecimento do doador, os herdeiros possam evitar disputas decorrentes de doações mal planejadas ou executadas.
