ANÁLISE DA VELOCIDADE MÉDIA DE DIFERENTES PERCURSOS LIGANDO A RUA TRAZÍBULO RODRIGUES AO HOSPITAL REGIONAL DE TEÓFILO OTONI

A velocidade média com a qual um veículo realiza um determinado percurso pode sofrer interferência de diversas variáveis, como condições climáticas, velocidade máxima das vias que integram o trajeto, fluxo de pedestres e veículos, sinalização, dentre outras características particulares do percurso, as quais podem sofrer variações de acordo com o horário de cada dia em que esse percurso é realizado. Por isso é importante conhecer bem algumas características do percurso que será realizado em cada dia e horário, para que se consiga organizar melhor toda a sua rota diária. Pensando nisso, foi realizada uma análise da velocidade média de dois percursos diferentes do perímetro urbano de Teófilo Otoni. Estes percursos ligam a Rua Trazíbulo Rodrigues de Oliveira, no Centro da cidade de Teófilo Otoni às obras do futuro Hospital Regional de Teófilo Otoni, localizado na Rua Rachid Handere, n° 2450, Bairro Bela Vista. O estudo realizado evidencia a relação entre a velocidade média de um percurso e as principais características do mesmo, além de mapear a velocidade média das duas principais vias de acesso ao Hospital Regional de Teófilo Otoni, que atenderá mais de 70 municípios que integram a mesoregião, o que demanda de acesso rápido e seguro, para que o atendimento dos pacientes seja realizado no menor tempo possível.
