ATUAÇÃO FISIOTERAPÊUTICA EM PACIENTES COM SÍNDROME DE GUILLIAN BARRÉ EM USO DE IMUNOGLOBULINA HUMANA

A Síndrome de Guillian Barré (SGB) é caracterizada como uma doença progressiva, crônica, autoimune, atingindo o sistema nervoso de forma lenta, deixando o indivíduo com algumas limitações de movimento, atingindo diretamente o sistema neuromuscular. O tratamento da SGB pode ser medicamentoso ou por meio de Fisioterapia, além da realização da plasmaferese que é a terapia que retira substâncias do plasma que afeta o sistema imunológico e a infusão de imunoglobulinas por via intravenosa. O objetivo foi analisar a abordagem Fisioterapêutica na Síndrome de Guillain-Barré em paciente com uso de imunoglobulina humana. Trata-se de uma revisão literária sistemática, com levantamentos de dados através de artigos científicos publicados em base de dados eletrônica: Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde (BVS), Scientific Electronic Library Online (SCIELO), Physiotherapy Evidence Database (PEDro) e PubMed. Considera-se que o uso da imunoglobulina humana com a atuação fisioterapêutica é de suma importância para recuperação dos pacientes com SGB, principalmente quando utilizados precocemente dependendo do estágio clínico do paciente.
