ANÁLISE DOS MOTIVOS PARA OS PEDIDOS DE REVOGAÇÃO DAS MEDIDAS PROTETIVAS DE URGÊNCIA NOS CASOS DE VIOLÊNCIA DOMÉSTICA

A criação da Lei Maria da Penha se destaca como um marco histórico no combate à violência contra a mulher no âmbito doméstico e familiar. Entre as inovações da Lei, está a instituição das medidas protetivas de urgência. Embora as medidas protetivas de urgência sejam de grande importância para impedir que a violência ocorra novamente, a revogação a pedido das vítimas é frequente. Por meio da pesquisa bibliográfica e exploratória, este estudo propõe uma análise aos motivos dos pedidos de revogação das medidas protetivas de urgência. Em resultado às pesquisas, observa-se que geralmente os motivos para os pedidos são a dependência financeira, emocional e o ciclo da violência doméstica.
