O TRIBUNAL DO JÚRI NO COMBATE À CRIMINALIDADE NA COMARCA DE LINHARES

O presente artigo tem como objetivo analisar a relação entre o quantitativo de crimes dolosos contra a vida e a quantidade de julgamentos pelo Tribunal do Júri na Comarca de Linhares, conceituando também a duração razoável do processo e traçando um padrão ideal, assim como estabelecer um parâmetro real. Além disso, visa analisar os dados extraídos para elucidar a eficácia do Instrumento Tribunal do Júri na localidade. Por meio de pesquisa de campo e análise dos dados levantados, conclui que, embora se observe melhorias com as mudanças na gestão da Vara Criminal, ainda não se pode dizer que o número de julgamentos tenha alcançado o número de ações penais em andamento.
