TRANSFORMAÇÃO DIGITAL NA GESTÃO PÚBLICA: UMA ANÁLISE INICIAL SOBRE AS EXPECTATIVAS E NECESSIDADES DOS CIDADÃOS EM RELAÇÃO À TRANSFORMAÇÃO DIGITAL

Nos últimos anos, a transformação digital na gestão pública tem se tornado uma prioridade global, visando modernizar processos e aprimorar a prestação de serviços. Embora os governos estejam adotando plataformas digitais para tornar os serviços mais acessíveis e centrados nas necessidades dos cidadãos, há uma discrepância entre as expectativas da população e a realidade das iniciativas implementadas. Os cidadãos demandam serviços públicos mais transparentes, ágeis e personalizados, mas frequentemente enfrentam desafios como falta de acessibilidade e burocracia digital. Este artigo visa identificar as lacunas entre as expectativas dos cidadãos e a prática governamental na transformação digital. Para isso, será realizada uma revisão da literatura sobre o tema, seguida de uma análise das necessidades identificadas. Além disso, serão apresentados exemplos de iniciativas bem-sucedidas no Brasil e sugestões de melhorias para aumentar a participação cidadã na concepção e implementação de serviços digitais.
