CICATRIZES INVISÍVEIS": A REALIDADE OCULTA DA VIOLÊNCIA PSICOLÓGICA CONTRA A MULHER FRENTE À LEGISLAÇÃO BRASILEIRA

Resumo
Este estudo tem como objetivo analisar a violência psicológica contra a mulher, com enfoque em sua caracterização nos marcos legais e constitucionais brasileiros, notadamente a Lei Maria da Penha (Lei 11.340/2006) e o Artigo 147-B do Código Penal. A violência psicológica, por não deixar marcas físicas visíveis, apresenta desafios consideráveis para sua identificação, tipificação e consequente criminalização, o que frequentemente resulta em sua invisibilidade no contexto jurídico e social. A pesquisa busca compreender as causas e circunstâncias que levam as vítimas a sofrerem silenciosamente esse tipo de violência, bem como os fatores que as inibem de denunciar seus agressores. O estudo também examina as repercussões dessa forma de violência na saúde física e mental das mulheres, propondo estratégias para seu enfrentamento. Embora menos perceptível, a violência psicológica gera danos profundos à integridade e dignidade das vítimas. Assim, este trabalho visa contribuir para o aprimoramento das medidas protetivas e promover uma aplicação mais eficaz dos dispositivos legais, reforçando a necessidade de políticas públicas que assegurem o adequado enfrentamento desse crime.
