A INFLUENCIA DA MIDIA NA FORMAÇÃO DE OPINIÃO PÚBLICA SOBRE CASOS CRIMINAIS E SEUS IMPACTOS NO TRIBUNAL DO JURI

Este trabalho tem como objetivo evidenciar o papel em que a mídia exerce sobre a população, e sua interferência na lisura do processo penal e também no plenário do júri, abrangendo de inicio a raízes do tribunal do júri, seus princípios e objetivos e formação, abordando também a liberdade de expressão e a liberdade de imprensa observando como seu uso e o pré julgamento podem afetar negativamente o jurado, fazendo com que seja afetado seu senso, para que o mesmo tome decisões baseadas em aclamação publica, e assim prive da liberdade alguém baseado em especulações midiáticas.
