COMO PROFISSIONAIS DA EQUIPE MULTIDISCIPLINAR PODEM HUMANIZAR O CUIDADO PALIATIVO EM PACIENTES ONCOLÓGICOS

Os cuidados paliativos oncológicos desempenham um papel crucial na promoção da qualidade de vida de pacientes em estágios avançados de doenças crônicas. Este artigo investiga como uma equipe multidisciplinar pode humanizar o cuidado, destacando aspectos como comunicação empática, interdisciplinaridade, suporte familiar, espiritualidade e utilização de tecnologias. Baseado em uma metodologia qualitativa de revisão bibliográfica, o estudo aponta a necessidade de formação continuada de profissionais e de políticas públicas que integrem essas práticas ao Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS), com foco na redução das desigualdades regionais e na melhoria dos resultados em saúde.
