EDUCAÇÃO 4.0: A INTEGRAÇÃO DO LESSON STUDY E DO E-LEARNING NA FORMAÇÃO DE PROFESSORES DA EDUCAÇÃO BÁSICA

El artículo "E-learning and Lesson Study in Teacher Training: Integrating Technology and Collaboration for Teacher Development" explora la intersección entre el aprendizaje a distancia y la metodología Lesson Study como estrategias innovadoras en la formación docente. A través de la integración de tecnologías digitales, el e-learning brinda flexibilidad y accesibilidad al aprendizaje, permitiendo a los educadores desarrollar habilidades de manera continua y autónoma. Por otro lado, Lesson Study enfatiza la colaboración entre docentes, promoviendo la reflexión conjunta sobre las prácticas pedagógicas y el desarrollo de clases más efectivas. El estudio sostiene que la combinación de estos enfoques puede enriquecer la formación docente, al fomentar un ambiente de aprendizaje colaborativo, donde los educadores puedan compartir experiencias, discutir desafíos y mejorar sus metodologías de enseñanza. El artículo también destaca la importancia del apoyo institucional y de una infraestructura tecnológica adecuada para el éxito de esta integración, sugiriendo que la formación continua debe ser una prioridad en las políticas educativas.
