SECUENCIA DE LESIONES EN LA LUCHA LIBRE

Resumen
El objetivo de este estudio es identificar las lesiones frecuentes en los practicantes de lucha olímpica y la posibilidad de recuperación con unas pocas sesiones de Fisioterapia utilizando los métodos de seitai y shiatsu. Este estudio se basó en una revisión de la literatura, utilizando artículos relacionados con lesiones en la modalidad en cuestión. Resultados: Las lesiones más reportadas fueron en los miembros inferiores (30,2%), miembros superiores (28,7%), tronco (16,9%) y cabeza/cuello (16,9%); Los sitios más afectados fueron rodilla (30,6%), hombro (18,6%), tobillo (10,9%), infección cutánea (9,9%) y muslo (8,2%); Los diagnósticos frecuentes en los practicantes de este deporte son esguinces (17,9%), luxaciones (12,3%), fracturas (6,6%) y contusiones (4,3%). Conclusiones: Las lesiones del aparato locomotor son frecuentes en los practicantes de lucha olímpica, las extremidades más afectadas dependen del estilo de lucha del practicante, en los luchadores de estilo libre tendrán una mayor incidencia en las extremidades inferiores, mientras que los practicantes de estilo grecorromano tendrán una mayor incidencia de lesiones en las extremidades superiores y la cabeza. La posibilidad de recuperación con unas pocas sesiones de fisioterapia, utilizando la metodología oriental de SEITAI y SHIATSU, aún desconocida en el ámbito deportivo, es una realidad comprobada con otros pacientes.
