PREVENÇÃO DE PROGRESSIVOS DÉFICITS COGNITIVOS EM PACIENTE DIAGNOSTICADO COM ESQUIZOFRENIA

El concepto más reciente de esquizofrenia indica una psicosis idiopática crónica, indicando que se trata de un conjunto de diferentes enfermedades con síntomas similares y superpuestos. En este sentido, el objetivo del presente estudio es analizar los principales desafíos que enfrentan los pacientes esquizofrénicos y sus cuidadores, apuntando a desarrollar propuestas pertinentes para la prevención del daño progresivo, la rehabilitación psicomotora y cognitiva, con el fin de minimizar los deterioros sociales y de comunicación. Se trata de un estudio bibliográfico, del tipo revisión sistemática, y el soporte técnico se obtuvo de las bases de datos Scielo, Lilacs, BVS y Google Scholar. Los datos se presentaron en texto y la conclusión fue que la esquizofrenia afecta no solo la salud, sino también la cognición, la función, la autonomía y la independencia del paciente.

O conceito mais recente de esquizofrenia indica uma psicose crônica idiopática, indicando ser um conjunto de diferentes doenças com sintomas que se assemelham e se sobrepõem. Nesse sentido, o objetivo do presente estudo é analisar os principais desafios enfrentados pelo paciente esquizofrénico e seu cuidador, visando elaborar propostas pertinentes de prevenção de danos progressivos, reabilitação psicomotora e cognitiva, com o fim de minimizar os prejuízos sociais e da comunicação. Trata-se de um estudo bibliográfico, do tiporevisão sistemática, como aporte técnico foram consultadas bases de dados do Scielo, Lilacs, BVS e Google Acadêmico. Os dados foram apresentados em texto e como conclusão notou-se a esquizofrenia não afeta apenas a saúde, mas também a cognição, a função, a autonomia e independência do paciente.
