SAÚDE MENTAL DE MULHERES COM QUADRO DE DEPRESSÃO PÓS-PARTO

Resumen

Objetivo: Identificar los cuidados de enfermería en la atención a la mujer con depresión posparto. Método: Se trata de una revisión integradora de la literatura, en la que se utilizaron las siguientes bases de datos: Portal Regional de la Biblioteca Virtual en Salud (BVS), que incluyó: Literatura Latinoamericana y del Caribe en Ciencias de la Salud (LILACS) y Base de Datos de Enfermería (BDENF). Además de Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO), US National Library of Medicine and National Institutes of Health (PUBMED) y Google Scholar, de enero a noviembre de 2024. Resultados: Se encontraron 574 artículos de estudio y, luego de su lectura y análisis, se recuperaron catorce artículos para apoyar este trabajo. Esta revisión integradora identificó tres categorías temáticas encontradas en los artículos seleccionados: (a) Escala de detección de depresión posparto; (b) Factores de riesgo que desencadenan la depresión posparto; (c) Papel de la enfermería en la salud mental de la mujer posparto. Conclusión: El ciclo embarazo-puerperal aumenta la vulnerabilidad a la depresión posparto, afectando la salud mental y física de la mujer y el vínculo madre-hijo. El diagnóstico precoz y un enfoque individualizado son fundamentales para prevenir complicaciones. La atención de enfermería especializada es esencial para promover la salud y el bienestar materno y fetal.
