um passo para a economia e sustentabilidade

Telhado verde consiste em uma técnica usada na engenharia e arquitetura. Onde o principal objetivo é o plantio de plantas nas coberturas de residências e edifícios. Esse trabalho foi elaborado a partir de pesquisa bibliográfica, com o intuito de apresentar as vantagens e desvantagens da utilização dessa técnica. Este tipo de telhado atua como solução termo acústico, e sendo também uma alternativa viável para a gestão de águas pluviais em áreas urbanas. Porém o investimento é elevado e caso não seja feito de modo correto pode gerar danos à construção na qual foi implantado. Conclui-se que o telhado verde é um meio eficaz para a economia de energia, para combate aos gases do efeito estufa e melhora da qualidade de vida em áreas urbanas, porem é necessário que seja feito por pessoas com conhecimento técnico na área, a fim de não prejudicar toda a construção.
