PRIVACIDADE DE DADOS NA ERA DIGITAL: DESAFIOS E ADAPTAÇÕES DAS EMPRESAS ONLINE À LEI GERAL DE PROTEÇÃO DE DADOS (LGPD)

O presente artigo analisa os fundamentos da Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD) e os principais desafios enfrentados pelas empresas online para se adequarem a ela. A LGPD representa um marco legal importante na proteção da privacidade digital, exigindo que organizações adotem medidas técnicas, administrativas e culturais para garantir a segurança e a transparência no tratamento de dados pessoais. Serão discutidos os princípios da lei, o papel dos agentes de tratamento, os tipos de dados envolvidos, além das estratégias de adaptação e boas práticas. O estudo conclui que a adequação à LGPD não é apenas uma exigência legal, mas também um diferencial competitivo no cenário digital contemporâneo.
