ASPECTOS A SEREM CONSIDERADOS NA INSERÇÃO E INTERVENÇÃO DO PSICÓLOGO COMUNITÁRIO SOCIAL EM UMA TRIBO INDÍGENA

Este estudo situado na área da Psicologia Social Comunitária objetiva abordar os aspectos a serem considerados no processo de inserção e intervenção do psicólogo comunitário em uma tribo indígena, na perspectiva do empoderamento. Para tanto, realizou-se pesquisa bibliográfica, descritiva quantos aos fins e de abordagem qualitativa. Os achados da literatura apontam para a necessidade de compreender o indivíduo numa perspectiva dialética, sua constituição histórica e social e os elementos que explicam os processos de ação do indivíduo frente às determinações sociais. O enfrentamento se sustenta a partir dos vínculos afetivos e sociais e no compromisso que o indivíduo desenvolve em suas relações na comunidade. Pode-se afirmar que a premissa básica do trabalho do psicólogo comunitário é a mediação, respeito aos limites e possibilidades do grupo, tendo como pressuposto básico, o protagonismo dos sujeitos na busca por recursos para empoderamento dentro do seu contexto.
