A CONTRIBUIÇÃO DO PEDAGOGO NAS EMPRESAS

Dentre os espaços não escolares, o campo empresarial apresenta-se como uma possibilidade de atuação do pedagogo, tanto em instituição pública, privada, ou em segmentos pertencentes ao terceiro setor. Diante de uma maior visibilidade da atuação desses profissionais nas empresas nesse início do século XXI, o presente trabalho tem como objetivo, a reflexão do papel e a importância da atuação pedagógica desse profissional, no contexto das empresas para capacitação e integração dos funcionários no ambiente empresarial, buscando encontrar o sucesso do mesmo e da empresa. Quanto à abordagem, é uma pesquisa de natureza qualitativa de caráter exploratório-descritivo, tomando como procedimentos técnicos a pesquisa bibliográfica. No término do estudo, constatou-se que a atuação do pedagogo nas empresas, consegue promover o desenvolvimento pessoal e profissional dos funcionários, potencializando suas habilidades e capacidades por meio de técnicas de formação em exercício, da valorização e estímulos específicos, atendendo também às demandas de mercado das organizações.
