COMPETÊNCIAS GERENCIAIS DOS PROFISSIONAIS DE ENFERMAGEM NOS SERVIÇOS DE SAÚDE: PROTOCOLO DE REVISÃO DE ESCOPO

Objetivo: descrever o perfil de competências gerenciais de profissionais de enfermagem nos serviços de saúde. Métodos: Trata-se de Scoping Review. Questão da revisão: Quais as competências gerenciais dos profissionais de enfermagem nos serviços de saúde? Serão considerados estudos referentes ao Mnemônico PCC. Não haverá aplicabilidade do recorte r temporal. Nos idiomas inglês, espanhol e português. Realizados somente no contexto hospitalar e Unidades Básicas de Saúde (UBS). Estratégia de busca foi realizada uma busca previa nas bases Medline (Pubmed) Web of Science. O processo de seleção dos estudos será orientado pelo fluxograma PRISMA - Extension for Scoping Reviews identificação e exclusão dos estudos por meio da plataforma Qatar Computing Research Institute - Rayyan QCRI. Extração de dados será desenvolvido um instrumento pelos pesquisadores, com a finalidade de responder a questão norteadora dessa scoping review. Analise da evidencia e apresentação dos resultados serão avaliados a luz da análise de conteúdo sendo sistematicamente estruturados e apresentados por meio de publicação, congressos. Considerações parciais: A expectativa do estudo, que os resultados esperados obtenham condutas significativas para o fortalecimento das práticas de gerencias, liderança, desenvolvimento de pessoas, tomada de decisão e melhorias na cultura organizacional.
