O COMPARTILHAMENTO DE IMAGENS INFANTIS NAS MIDIAS SOCIAIS: ENTRE A EXPOSIÇÃO LEGÍTIMA E A CONFIGURAÇÃO DE CRIME

O presente artigo analisa os limites jurídicos, éticos e sociais do compartilhamento de imagens infantis nas mídias sociais, prática conhecida como sharenting. Com o aumento da exposição de crianças na internet, surgem preocupações relacionadas à privacidade, ao direito à imagem e à proteção da dignidade infantil. A pesquisa, de natureza qualitativa e bibliográfica, discute julgados nacionais e apresenta estudos de caso que evidenciam a judicialização dessa prática. O estudo propõe, ainda, caminhos para a conscientização dos responsáveis, o aprimoramento da legislação e a promoção de boas práticas. Conclui-se que é necessário equilibrar o afeto parental com os direitos fundamentais da criança, promovendo uma cultura digital mais segura e respeitosa.
