INTELIGENCIA ARTIFICIAL GENERATIVA: ANÁLISIS COMPARATIVO ENTRE PLATAFORMAS PARA EL DISEÑO DE AMBIENTES/INTERIORES

Este estudio aborda la integración de la Inteligencia Artificial (IA) Generativa en el Diseño de Ambientes/Interiores, reconociendo la tensión entre las competencias proyectuales históricamente intuitivas y la emergente automatización de los procesos. El objetivo fue analizar el papel de las herramientas de IA Generativa en la visualización de proyectos, evaluando sus contribuciones y limitaciones. Para ello, se desarrolló un Estudio de Caso Comparativo entre dos plataformas, Rendair IA y ArchiVinci, que fueron sometidas a los mismos criterios de entrada (maqueta 3D y prompt textual). La evaluación se centró en el fotorrealismo y en la adecuación de estas herramientas al flujo de trabajo del diseñador. Los resultados muestran que la IA Generativa se presenta como un recurso estratégico capaz de potenciar la creatividad analítica del diseñador. Ambas plataformas demostraron la capacidad de generar representaciones con alto nivel de fotorrealismo. Rendair IA presentó mayor fidelidad técnica y precisión de detalles, asemejándose a la fotografía profesional de interiores, mientras que ArchiVinci se destacó en el proceso de co-creación, permitiendo explorar de manera ágil alternativas atmosféricas. Su uso cualifica la comunicación visual y acelera el desarrollo del proyecto, consolidándose como un vector de transformación en el proceso de representación espacial.
