Lógica difusa para identificar progenitores de avena blanca tolerantes al exceso de agua en las primeras etapas de desarrollo

El exceso hídrico del suelo constituye uno de los principales factores limitantes para el establecimiento y el desempeño productivo de los cultivos de invierno, especialmente en regiones sujetas a inundaciones temporales. El objetivo de este estudio fue identificar progenitores de avena blanca tolerantes al exceso hídrico en las etapas iniciales de desarrollo mediante la aplicación de la lógica difusa. El experimento se llevó a cabo en condiciones de invernadero, bajo un diseño completamente aleatorizado, con diez genotipos de avena blanca y tres regímenes hídricos (capacidad de campo, intermitente e inundado), con tres repeticiones. Se evaluaron caracteres morfológicos y productivos, aplicándose un sistema de inferencia difusa de tipo Mamdani para la obtención de los índices de vigor inicial, desempeño productivo y eficiencia productiva. Los regímenes de exceso hídrico del suelo (intermitente e inundado) reducen el desarrollo inicial y el desempeño productivo de la avena blanca. Los genotipos UPFA Ouro, URS Brava, URS Altanera y URS Alteza se destacan por su estabilidad productiva, siendo prometedores para su uso como progenitores en programas de mejoramiento genético orientados a ambientes con alta variabilidad hídrica.
