LA TERAPIA COGNITIVO-CONDUCTUAL EN EL TRATAMIENTO DEL BURNOUT EN PROFESIONALES DE LA SALUD: UNA REVISIÓN SISTEMÁTICA

Este artículo presenta una revisión sistemática sobre la eficacia de la Terapia Cognitivo-Conductual (TCC) en el tratamiento del burnout en profesionales de la salud. El estudio buscó responder si la TCC es efectiva para abordar el síndrome entre trabajadores sanitarios. Se seleccionaron publicaciones de 2014 a 2024 en SciELO, LILACS y Web of Science, considerando solo intervenciones de TCC aplicadas a profesionales de la salud. Tras los criterios de inclusión y exclusión, se analizaron 17 artículos. Los resultados muestran que la TCC reduce el agotamiento emocional, disminuye los niveles de estrés y mejora la resiliencia y el bienestar psicológico. La revisión también compara la TCC con otros abordajes, señalando que, aunque los programas institucionales y las estrategias multidisciplinarias ofrecen beneficios, la TCC destaca por su estructura clara y su enfoque en la reestructuración cognitiva. Se concluye que la TCC es una intervención prometedora y se recomienda su adopción en políticas institucionales, además de estudios longitudinales en distintos contextos profesionales.
