ANÁLISE COMPARATIVA DO CHAPISCO ROLADO E CHAPISCO CONVENCIONAL

No atual contexto da construção civil brasileira, em que se buscam formas de racionalização da produção e aumento da produtividade, o presente trabalho teve como objetivo comparar os dois métodos de chapisco, sendo eles o convencional e o rolado, demonstrando a melhor escolha que atenda a todos os requisitos estabelecidos para o bom desempenho do revestimento, e, que tenha um melhor custo/benefício. Para constatação dos dados foi feito um levantamento de área a se aplicar o chapisco e a composição com todos os insumos e mão de obra que se aplica a esse serviço, ao final dessa comparação ficou claro que o chapisco rolado apresentou vantagens, pois o mesmo teve de forma significativa redução na mão de obra e, consequentemente, de valor, resultados de grande importância para o final de uma obra, na qual se busca de forma incessante a redução de prazo e custos, outros fatores de grande importância identificados foi uma melhor forma de trabalho para o profissional aplicar o chapisco e a minimização de desperdício do material. Evidenciando, assim, que após o estudo comparativo, o chapisco rolado se apresenta como uma alternativa construtiva vantajosa em relação ao chapisco convencional.
