ANÁLISE DA TRANSIÇÃO DA IMUNIDADE PASSIVA PARA IMUNIDADE ATIVA EM BEZERRAS HOLANDESAS POR MEIO DE COLETAS HEMATOLÓGICAS SERIADAS

O objetivo deste estudo foi avaliar a variação de linfócitos reativos, leucócitos totais e linfócitos absolutos ao longo de 56 dias, a fim de compreender a dinâmica da resposta imune celular e a possível transição da imunidade passiva para ativa. O delineamento experimental consistiu em coletas seriadas de sangue em diferentes dias (7º, 14º, 21º, 28º, 35º, 42º, 49º e 56º dia), com análise hematológica e aplicação do teste de agrupamento Scott-Knott para detecção de diferenças estatísticas (p < 0,05). Observou-se um aumento progressivo dos linfócitos reativos, culminando em um pico no 35º dia, sugerindo o momento de maior ativação da resposta imune adaptativa. Os leucócitos totais e linfócitos absolutos atingiram seus valores máximos no 49º dia, reforçando a ocorrência de uma resposta imune consolidada. Esses achados indicam que, no contexto avaliado, houve uma clara transição da imunidade passiva para ativa, evidenciada pela elevação sequencial e sustentada dos parâmetros hematológicos, com implicações diretas para o entendimento da maturação imunológica.
