CEPELS E AS PRÁTICAS DE LAZER E MOVIMENTO NO RECREIO ESCOLAR: EXPERIÊNCIA PEDAGÓGICA NO 1º AO 5º ANO

Este artigo apresenta um relato de experiência vinculado às ações do CEPELS (Centro de Formação, Extensão, Inovação e Pesquisa em Educação, Lazer e Saúde), que busca compreender o lazer como uma potente ferramenta pedagógica. A vivência ocorreu durante o estágio curricular em Educação Física na Escola Municipal Francisco Martins Boleto, abrangendo turmas do 1º ao 5º ano entre 15 de setembro e 17 de outubro. Com intervenções realizadas duas vezes por semana no horário de recreação, o projeto priorizou a socialização e o desenvolvimento motor por meio de jogos cooperativos, brincadeiras populares, circuitos e dança. As atividades também incluíram vivências inspiradas em lutas, sem contato físico, e jogos de percepção, resultando em uma participação entusiasta das crianças. Ao final, a experiência possibilitou o aprimoramento de competências essenciais, como a gestão de turma e a adaptação de atividades, reforçando o papel do lazer no contexto escolar.
